Thought leader on minority health, social entrepreneurship and family planning.

Jason is an Award winning businessman and organizer with extensive experience in sexual wellness. His mission-driven approach has helped promote national and global dialogue on minority health issues, contraception and the role of social entrepreneurship in providing data driven solutions.

In 2011, Jason founded B Holding Group LLC.  B Holding Group LLC is the distributor of b condoms, the only Black-Owned condom brand that works to decrease health disparities by donating thousands of condoms to teen pregnancy and STI prevention organizations.  Under his direction, B Holding Group has grown to support the work of more than 20 states, hundreds of community health agencies and nonprofits across the United States.  He has worked with these partners on the frontlines with their efforts to counteract the rates of teenage pregnancy and STIs, including HIV/AIDS in predominantly Black communities. Annually, b condoms distributes millions of contraceptive products and contributes to millions in government tax payer savings. 

Prior to founding B Holding Group, Jason worked as an Attorney with several international law firms where his practice focused on protecting inventors against patent infringers.  As an Attorney, Jason was a passionate defender and protector of inventor’s rights and ensured that independent inventors received proper protection for their talents.

Jason is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College where he attended as an Oprah Winfrey Scholar, and a graduate from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on the Moot Court Team. Jason has traveled to 50 countries, enjoys sharing knowledge and spending time with friends and family.
